# #south-county — 2025-10-21 **08:46 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08G4KZG7D5/p1761061611416089):** Email message from Mike ast night we had a couple of issues that we would like to have you look into. First there was a TWAS pump VFD fault that did not result in a Win 911 Callout. This happened at 10:12PM. Additionally the TWAS pump fault caused the RDT to stop running which also should have generated an alarm as well as a callout. Please take a look at this when you have a chance. We would like to get these issues resolved ASAP. Without the Callout we did not achieve the daily wasting goal. Let me know what you find.
