We reached out to Stenner.
Below are a few things you can try:
Turn the pump off with the potentiometer and then unplug the pump for several minutes.
Plug the pump back in to see if the lights are still flashing.
If that does not work please send us your order number and the serial number of the pump.
Stenner would then issue an RMA for a repair/warranty evaluation.
