RAS are VFDs controlled by a PID in the PLC adjusting for a flow rate setpoint.
WAS is scheduled x hour intervals alternating between 1 and 2 pumps.
HMI is Ignition perspective, PLC is AB CompactLogix Studio 35.011
I use AB's PlantPAX process object library v 4.xx, the objects already exist so I need the logic and UI just for the control strategy, the larger project already exists and is mostly done outside of control strategy work.
If you're interested we should jump on a huddle sometime and I can show you existing and answer any questions.
