# #ccsd-water-ignition — 2025-06-04 **11:35 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749062114669599):** I updated this spreadsheet to include P&ID tag IDs and descriptions [spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12DObnBd5r5nWkdom1YDtSgJxO8dVcEX3k4dxl6IqeR8/edit?usp=drive_link) [This folder](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Gz6U4Xx0466vZaCqRk6FWcIYPaQwTVkO?usp=drive_link) contains prosoft configuration builder file for the modbust TCP gateway, and the ACD file of an empty project with the gateway in it, connected. PLC is .66 [[F08UQ78CU3A_ccsd_water_ignition_phase_3_tags]] **11:35 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749062143788589):** gateway is .67 Ignition gateway has that PLC in the devices and is connected, called AB_PLC_99 **11:36 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749062201574509):** @Kevin I want to get an idea of how long it would take you to create the "simple" P&IDs for this sytem to go with the new tags I created. See spreadsheet above, we will need to discuss when you can. **11:50 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749063008913489):** Looks like about 200 tags (didn't count exact). I estimate 30 hrs on the high side. **12:54 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749066840528019):** Do you have time to do that sometime this week or next? I’d like to use those to create the ignition pages from. **12:54 [Mason Radke](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749066886922519):** yes i believe so. i may need some walkthrough with ACM still **12:55 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749066910615059):** Oh sorry Mason, I was asking @Kevin **12:55 [Mason Radke](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749066918215189):** copy **12:55 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749066954516329):** @Mason Radke I was trying to move forward with this and realized that now is the time to work out p&ID tags so we could move forward the right way. **12:56 [Mason Radke](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749066974510119):** sounds great **13:02 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749067342145509):** @andy yes I can **15:11 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075091489039):** @andy I'm imagining a few P&ID sheets, unless you were wanting everything on one big one **15:12 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075122528499):** One for each loop and one big simple one please, does that make sense **15:12 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075152801419):** yeah, like an overview screen **15:13 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075215997199):** I'll start to put the pieces together. Will likely need some help with the flow paths. I'll shoot you questions as they come up **15:15 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075314858029):** I was planning on providing screenshots of existing SCADA to help put the pieces together **15:15 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075350394729):** ah! that will be most helpful. **15:18 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075520203609):** the descriptions in Tab 1 are also helpful. I could probably put it together just from those **15:19 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075547207459):** Do you want to show all the IO listed? **15:21 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075684012299):** Probably most, not all. Some don’t make sense right? **15:22 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075749697959):** yeah. do you want alarms shown? I'm just narrowing down what you consider to be "simple" **15:23 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075824375029):** like for a LT, most P&ID show the LT then LLA, LA, HA, HHA stuff like that. I'm thinking we can leave the alarms off **15:24 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075842690199):** I agree **15:24 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075859142679):** just show the instruments and equipment status tags **15:24 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075875993469):** That sounds right **15:25 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075903311089):** I’ll show you diagrams from the WWTP to try to keep similar to **15:25 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075958470369):** here's that one I just did [[F0902R9M1C2_country_club_rw_p_id_rev0.pdf]] **15:26 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749075989426459):** I think this is real simple **15:29 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749076175064359):** I’m hoping the district will want to provide some more detail and feedback and we can get a little more work out of this but really give the district something valuable. **15:49 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749077380554809):** I apologize, my screenshots included my second screen, I didn't catch that till now. [CCSD Water Existing SCADA Screenshots](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1FMwCnoFOwH7HVM-f4m6kcJxVvWWFHM8X?usp=drive_link) [CCSD WWTP SCADA Screenshots](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13UYZJMncLBKM5hsGoJopD4NUTy-s_XGf?usp=drive_link) **15:51 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749077482835199):** SR3 and SR4, don't create loops for them, I want to do that as a seperate project. AWTP is the same. Leave them in the overview loop as the water sources that they are but not getting into the detailed loops. AWTP recharges the SSWF, it doesn't discharge into the system directly **16:02 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749078179675569):** copy! **18:27 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749086834943239):** @andy AWTP pumps to SSWF? **18:33 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749087206884759):** then SSWF pumps to Pine Knolls? **18:54 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749088445636249):** Do the SSWF wells pump into the distribution system or is there a dedicated line to Pine Knolls **18:55 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749088501357709):** Does Fiscalini Tank feed a separate distribution system? **18:56 [Kevin](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749088599890889):** Same question for Stuart St Tank. Its understood that pumps fill Fiscalini from Stuart, but does it also feed gravity to a separate zone? **19:00 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749088854865639):** I asked q’s to Cody, I don’t actually know, after all these years **19:02 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749088955927189):** Atwp injects into wellfield like 1000 feet away from the wells. SSWF pumps to pine knolls Fiscalini feeds two separate pressure zones, I can send a photo of the pressure zone map Stuart feeds a lot of residential. Pressure zone map should clarify **19:02 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749088965182329):** Above: From Cody **19:05 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749089107363689):** ![[F08V21DLV0X_img_3642.png]] **19:12 [andy](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749089549154429):** 9P7 is a well that’s part of the AWTP tags, that should really be in the overview **20:06 [Mason Radke](https://slack.com/archives/C08TVA84PD4/p1749092816565229):** having a P&ID is going to be a game changer. its really helpful.. kevin what software do you use to create that?
