No real challenges (yet) it just took forever to get that inner door mounted. Ended up doing it twice. Then it hit me that we tested on 485 but this is a 232 radio.
The heat was a challenge. I was not prepared for that sun beating on my neck. Plus the frustration with that damn door, made for a long day.

The short answer is no. You cannot daisy-chain RS-232 devices physically like you do with RS-485.
RS-232 is strictly a Point-to-Point standard (one master, one slave). RS-485 is a Multi-Drop standard (one master, many slaves).
