Logged in remotely and tested access directly from the server. Checked licenses and currently logged-in users to verify if seat limits were being reached. Worked with Joe V over the phone to troubleshoot and tested multiple connection methods. Verified successful connections using Chrome and other browsers. After clearing local cached files and browser cookies, was able to log in successfully with Joe V's account.
