We were having issues with humidity on the ducting when the temperature got too low a few months ago. The duct got fresh insulation and that seems to have solved the problems. We had a process chilled water controller go offline last night. The fault is strange. It faults, freezes all IO, and we lose BACnet IP communication. We have to put pumps and valves in manual to power cycle and clear the fault. I think firmware flashing solved the issue on other controllers, but I can't flash this controller until we have an actual building shutdown.
