# CCT Point IO AO Card Fault Here is a summary of the work completed to resolve the issue with the analog output card driving the chemical pump speed.Upon investigation, I found the module was faulted. Working with Mychal onsite, we followed a structured troubleshooting approach: 1. Attempted a software reset of the module. 2. Power cycled the module. 3. Powered down, reseated, and powered back on. 4. Replaced the module with a spare. When these steps did not resolve the issue, I collaborated with Rockwell support. Together, we: • Tested the module in isolation by removing other modules. • Checked software and firmware versions. • Re-flashed both the PLC and the Point I/O module with the existing firmware to address potential memory corruption. After downloading necessary components and completing several reboots and power cycles, the module returned to a fault-free state. We successfully tested PLC control of the chemical pumps, confirming proper operation.
