Scum Pumps:
Add interlock to each to RDT running. RDT must be running to run Scum pumps
Add interlock to each other. Only one Scum pump allowed to run at a time in Auto
Add Start Delay to each, adjustable on SCADA (and HMI). The delay will allow the WAS pumps time to ramp down.
WAS Pumps:
Program WAS pump to lower the flow rate to "Reduced Flow Setpoint" or lower the speed to "Reduced Speed Setpoint" (selectable on SCADA) when a Scum pump is called. WAS pump returns to normal flow setpoint or speed after Scum pump turns off.
