# Client cannot connect to server issue Had an issue after a power outage where the clients would fault, saying the client is unlicensed. Found the DC VM was locked up and needed a reboot. This allowed the office client to connect. The tablets and the FTClient machine will still not connect. I think the office client could connect all along, I just forgot that we open the client directly on the client machine rather than using RDP to FTClient. There was no client license on FTClient at all. Installed an update to FT Activation Manager. Downloaded the ...9025 license FTClient client connected. It took another reboot of FTClient to get the Tablets to connect.
