receive invite via email
install signl4 app from icon in email or through play store
click link in email to join
agree to the reCAPTCHA
create password according to rules (write it down!!)
click sign up
open app
click Log in below Register
enter username and password
once in, accept notifications
scroll and read the blue dialogs to become familiar with the app
goto settings (gear icon)
click Profile
Add a picture, name, and phone number
click check mark to validate phone number
back to settings
click Signaling
Set "Push" to Instantly
Set "Persistent signaling" to Push
Touch the name next to "Push sound"
make sure "Show notificaitons" is ON and set to Default
select SIGNL4-ALARM as the sound
Go back and turn "Override volume" to On
Set volume at 3/4

tap profile pic to go on/off duty
