# Cl2 gas to Hypo design
Objective- 1. To switch the current gas chlorination system to sodium hypochlorite (bleach) system.
- To eliminate the Sulfur Dioxide gas system.
Investigation -
- Perform a pilot-study to verify dosage calculations.- Well production data (monthly total per well)- State requirements
Design -
- 2 pumps, one per filter- Automatic rate control PV=current dosage calc'd from flow rate SP=dosage PPM OUT=0/100% pump max output- PVC header with - Current feed is 25lbs Cl2 per well- Size Hypo pumps for 50 GPD (2.1 GPH)
