# SCADA Backup issue Error in Events: Failed to backup data-The operation being requested was not performed because the user has not logged onto the network. The specified service does not exist. ![[13b4e7375f22.png]] Tried recreating the backup module and creating a new schedule. Same error Sent an email to tech support Checked logs, nothing found POSSIBLY FIXED. FOUND THERE IS A USER IN THE SERVER CONFIGURATION/SYSTEM CONFIGURATION/BACKUP. THAT WAS THE SU ACCOUNT ,WHICH NO LONGER EXISTS. CHANGED IT TO THE ADMIN ACCNT.
