add the adapter

login under the Adapter Settings tab. the password is blank.. hit login.

the modules will automatically load at this point.

select the IO module and then the modbus address tab. the address is listed in Hex. 0x0800 for example = 2048 which indicates a modbus address of 32048. In Clear Scada we shift this by 1, so the final address in scada is 32049
