# New Scada Info (Cannon Handover)
I updated KevinS to be an IDE admin (sorry about that!). I've also added MasonR as an IDE admin with PW 3550. Let me know if still have issues.
The TSI login you're using is a domain admin, but I also added KevinS as a domain admin. The initial password is 3500Mason@Laguna!!! you'll have to change it on first login (min 14 char, cannot have your account name in it, must have symbols and numbers). Domain Admin gives you a lot of privilege. Please use it with caution.
** Open IDE with "Run as Admin"

To connect, we like to use DrayTek Smart VPN Client (screenshot of mine below). You can also use Windows built-in or other clients if you want.
Type: L2TP over IPSec
Hostname: [cannon-zvgpjjvmjm.dynamic-m.com](https://cannon-zvgpjjvmjm.dynamic-m.com) (or just use the IP address in my screenshot below)
Username and password authentication (from Meraki email)
Auto IP address
Auto Authentication
Pre-shared key (will text you)
Once you're connected, you can open a remote desktop session to [10.15.10.20](https://10.15.10.20) (Dev-SCADA) or [10.15.10.21](https://10.15.10.21) (Dev-PLC).
