# Untitled Note North County Jail Plan Review   Romtec Control Panel - Submit detail on the equipment to be used in the Lift Station Control Panel including make and model. Highlight or list U.L. File Number for each component.- Submit SSCR calculations for U.L. Listing- Flow Meter signal wiring inside control panel to be separated from power wiring.- Circuit breakers are required to have "Through Door" operators per Spec Section 2.1.F- Pump alternator should have selector to disable alternation and select the Lead pump- Add indicator for backup float operation- Control Panel enclosure to be Nema 4X Stainless Steel per spec section 33 32 00 part 2.3.A- Submit control drawings for approval.- Delete float switch primary control and add Siemens Hydroranger 200 HMI (7ML5034-6AA01) and Siemens Echomax XRS-5 transducer (7ML1106-1CA20-0A) for primary control- Delete Mission autodialer    SCADA RTU - The SCADA RTU was not included in the bid spec's, but is necessary to connect the lift station to the Laguna WWTP SCADA system.- RTU components shall be in a separate NEMA 4X cabinet from the pump control panel.- Submit panel layout and wiring drawings for approval prior to construction.- Include these components: Weidmuller Gateway WI-GTWY-9-MD1- 24vdc 120W Power Supply- PolyPhaser Bulkhead Arrestor IS-B50H9-C0- Terminal block style fuses- Terminal blocks for interconnections to control panel - Supply and install Antenna, Antenna Mast, and coaxial cable: Antenna, Commscope 896-960MHz 10dB #DB499-K- Mast, 4" square aluminum StrongPoles SP-16 with Top Mount Mast assembly- Coaxial Cable, Belden type RG-400/U installed in conduit from RTU panel to inside of mast, connected to antenna and radio. Use minimum 1 1/4" conduit with no more than three 24" ellbows
