# Wonderware WindowViewer 2014R2 memory issues Problem: After Windowviewer runs for ~12hrs and the operator clicks to open a screen there is an error message that states WindowViewer is low on memory (exact message unknown) Applied fixes: 1) Set Windows virtual memory to the same size as the physical memory plus 128 (16128) [System/Advanced system settings/Advanced/Performance-Settings/Advanced/Virtual Memory-Change] 2) Lowered Memory Limit for in-Memory Graphics from 70% to 30% in WindowViewer Properties through WindowMaker [Special-Configure-WindowViewer-Viewer Memory] 12/24/24 Problem happening again. All previous settings are still in place Disabled High Priority Window Caching in WindowViewer properties (see 2 above) ![[1000020093.jpg]] Other things to try from website search - Turn off UAC (user account control) in windows - Run as administrator -
