—Mason Radke —Autosys, LLC From: Mason Radke <mason@autosysnet.com> Date: Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 9:00 AM To: jpadfie@countyofsb.org <jpadfie@countyofsb.org>, jenichl@countyofsb.org <jenichl@countyofsb.org>, Kevin Seifert <kevin@autosysnet.com> Subject: SCADA Updates Below is a summary of the process values currently being monitored and the alarm logic we have added to SCADA for the RW system at the jail. 1. Live Process Monitoring The following analog values are now being polled and displayed on the RW Jail screen: * RW Jail Level (Scaled) * RW Discharge Pressure (Scaled) * Flow Rates: * RW FIT-101 * RW FIT-102 * Pump Speeds: * RW P-101 Speed (Hz) * RW P-102 Speed (Hz) 2. Alarm & Fault Configuration We have configured specific alarms for valves, pumps, and instrumentation: * Pumps (P-101 & P-102): General Alarm, Fault, Fail to Start, Fail to Stop. * Valves (V-101): Fail to Open, Fail to Close. * Tank 101 (T-101): * Analog Level: HH, H, L, LL. * Switches: LSH (High), LSL (Low). * Instrumentation (FIT-101 & PIT-101): HH, H, L, LL. 3. Recommendations: End-to-End Testing Since this system has not been closely monitored for very long, I strongly suggest we perform a full end-to-end verification of the alarm conditions. Ideally, we should trigger these events physically at the site to verify that: 1. The alarm conditions are correctly announced on the SCADA screens. 2. The remote call-outs/notifications are triggering properly. 4. Deployment & Next Steps To finalize these updates, I need to deploy the changes to the two SCADA workstations. Please note that this process may generate a popup on the screens prompting operators to reload the updated application. * If this minor interruption is acceptable: Please let me know, and I will proceed with sending these updates to the client workstations immediately. * Upcoming Work: I am also beginning work on the Huber Screen status and alarms today and will provide a separate update once those are ready for review. * There is also a high pressure alarm bit that is active. I suggest someone take a look at the HMI onsite to determine if this is a real alarm or just needs to be reset/cleared, etc. -Mason Radke [image.png] ## Attachments - ![[20260225_19c954dfafb5_image.png]]
