Subject: Issues
Good Afternoon Kevin,
Thank you again for you assistance on Sunday getting SCADA back online. I have a few new issues that I need your help with. Last night around 2am I received a Win-911 call out, 3 alarms. Two alarms were for the Primary Clarifier sludge pumps and the third was for the Secondary Digester sump. It appears that they were caused by some sort of power glitch, but a true power glitch usually triggers nearly all of the alarms. Would you or Mason please take a look at the system and see if there is anything that you can tell us about what happened and why? Next on the list will require an in person visit to the plant. This morning when firing up the centrifuge pump #2 faulted. Staff tried to resume with that pump and it faulted again, I looked at the control pad and it listed the fault as overcurrent. After switching over to pump #1, there were no further issues. Let me know how your schedule looks for this week and when you might be able to stop by.
Best regards,
Michael Arias
