If they're only used as shared mailboxes, converting them to Exchange shared mailboxes (free, no license required) would free up 2 E1 seats - **kseifert@autosys.co** appears to be a duplicate Kevin account — removing it would free 1 E1 seat - Freeing these 3 seats saves ~$24/mo (E1 is ~$8/user/month) and makes room for future users without buying more licenses ### OneDrive - Mason has 1 TB available — could replace Dropbox immediately - Kevin's OneDrive needs to be provisioned (just needs to sign in once) - Each user gets 1 TB — total potential: 5 TB across the org ### Next Steps 1. Register Azure AD app for calendar bot (Client ID + Secret) 2. Create shared "Autosys" calendar in Exchange 3. Consider converting shared mailboxes to free up license seats 4. Investigate whether kseifert@autosys.co is needed
