# Fw: Scada slow/ Not Working
> **Thread Summary:** Jerry Nichols from Laguna County Sanitation District reported that their SCADA system was slow and sometimes locked up, with specific alarms related to a PLC triggering but resetting before alarm activation. Kevin Seifert from AutoSys LLC identified the issue as related to the Wonderware client application and suggested rebooting client machines to resolve the slowness. Jerry agreed to have his team reboot the clients and confirmed no known work was being done by Cannon, though Kevin requested Jerry verify this due to indications of unapplied changes in SCADA; the investigation and client reboots are ongoing.

Kevin,
Yesterday, the SCADA started acting up. It takes a long time to load a new window, and sometimes it completely fails to load the new window and locks up. Attached are the alarms we are getting. I noticed that on the network window, PLC Z2 UF on branch PLC UVBT 10.15.20.71 is triggering the alarm timer but resets itself before the alarm is triggered.
Are you able to take a look at it today?

Jerry,
We are looking into the UF error. In the meantime, will you try rebooting just one of the client machines to make sure it comes back online ok, and to see if that will help the slowness?
Then if that first client comes back ok, then reboot the second.

Jerry,
Nothing is jumping out at us as an issue other than the error you shared with us is a Wonderware client application issue. Rebooting the clients might solve it.
Also, there looks like there have been some unapplied changes made in SCADA. Is Cannon doing work in here still?

Will you check with Cannon please. Mason is seeing some things that lead us to believe some changes were made yesterday
