Will you check with Cannon please. Mason is seeing some things that lead us to believe some changes were made yesterday -Kevin Seifert, AutoSys LLC ________________________________ From: Jerry Nichols <jenichl@countyofsb.org> Sent: Tuesday, April 21, 2026 9:56 AM To: Kevin Seifert <kevin@autosysnet.com>; Mason Radke <mason@autosysnet.com> Subject: RE: Scada slow/ Not Working I will have the guys try and reboot it. I am not aware of Cannon doing any work on the Scada From: Kevin Seifert <kevin@autosysnet.com> Sent: Tuesday, April 21, 2026 9:14 AM To: Jerry Nichols <jenichl@countyofsb.org>; Mason Radke <mason@autosysnet.com> Subject: Re: Scada slow/ Not Working Caution: This email originated from a source outside of the County of Santa Barbara. Jerry, Nothing is jumping out at us as an issue other than the error you shared with us is a Wonderware client application issue. Rebooting the clients might solve it. Also, there looks like there have been some unapplied changes made in SCADA. Is Cannon doing work in here still? In the meantime, will you try rebooting just one of the client machines to make sure it comes back online ok, and to see if that will help the slowness? Then if that first client comes back ok, then reboot the second. -Kevin Seifert, AutoSys LLC ________________________________ From: Jerry Nichols <jenichl@countyofsb.org<mailto:jenichl@countyofsb.org>> Sent: Tuesday, April 21, 2026 7:24 AM To: Kevin Seifert <kevin@autosysnet.com<mailto:kevin@autosysnet.com>> Subject: Scada slow/ Not Working Kevin, Yesterday, the SCADA started acting up. It takes a long time to load a new window, and sometimes it completely fails to load the new window and locks up. Attached are the alarms we are getting. I noticed that on the network window, PLC Z2 UF on branch PLC UVBT 10.15.20.71 is triggering the alarm timer but resets itself before the alarm is triggered. Are you able to take a look at it today?
