Hello Mychal.
This is a sign the transmitter is failing. It will likely need the boards replaced. A power cycle MAY resolve the issue, but you will risk loosing the configuration at best, or the whole unit at worst. A conversation with Rosemount tech support can lead to a resolution.

Subject: Rosemount Raw Sludge Feed Flow Meter
Hi Kevin,
I’m reaching out regarding an issue we’re experiencing with the District’s Rosemount 8732 raw sludge feed flow meter. The meter has active error messages (‘NV Mem ERR’ and ‘Elec Failure’), and through my troubleshooting, have not been able to locate the cause. We also have an active signal failure on SCADA from this specific device. The strange thing is that I believe we are getting correct values transmitted from the SCADA to Hach WIMS interface.
I’ve attached photos for reference along with the model and serial number below. Could you please assist us in troubleshooting this issue or provide insight into what might be causing the error messages and SCADA Signal Failure?
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
